Ruthven R. Phillip is an attorney and forensic accountant and has combined legal and accounting; education, training and experience. He has responsibly assisted several clients regarding IRS tax audits, offer in compromise, installment agreements and other federal and state tax matters.

Mr. Phillip received his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of City University of New York, Queens College, Flushing New York. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the David A. Clarke School of Law, Washington DC. He is admitted to the District of Columbia Superior Court, United States District Court for the District of Columbia and United States Tax.
